We can be bombarded with sales emails on a daily basis, but that doesn’t mean to say they don’t work. Emails are still a great way to communicate with customers and potential customers and nurture relationships.

The trick is to create emails that are noticed, read and encourage customers to buy, click here or read more.
Key to a good email, is the subject line. As with advertising, if you can’t grab the recipient's attention with your headline, you’ve lost them. They won’t read further.

Good email copy should be personalised and include words such as “you” and “your” rather than “we “ and “our.” Like website copy, people don’t have a long attention span so subheadings are a good way to keep the reader interested.

And as with every form of copy, it should be written in your brand tone of voice.
